Frame the right problem
Combine analytics, user behaviour, support evidence and stakeholder knowledge; make assumptions testable.
Eight-plus years in product design, including five-plus years on the Skrill and Neteller digital wallets. I own work from discovery to delivery across iOS, Android and web - connecting user evidence, product metrics and detailed interaction design.
One case reframes an ambiguous funnel problem through research. The other uses behavioural evidence to simplify a high-frequency trading journey.
Research showed that the biggest barrier began before the measured funnel: users could not find or understand the feature. I aligned the team around that evidence, redesigned entry and transaction flows, and sequenced delivery within legal and technical constraints.
Buy and Sell represented 85.6% of crypto transactions but were absent from the dashboard. I combined product data, user behaviour and testing to reset the hierarchy, remove a compulsory step and ship the core change in phases.
I work closely with Product, Engineering and Data to define users, metrics and constraints before committing to a solution. The same ownership continues through end-to-end flows, prototypes, design reviews, implementation and release learning.
I use AI to accelerate research planning, synthesis and prototyping, while keeping interpretation and expert judgement human-led.
Combine analytics, user behaviour, support evidence and stakeholder knowledge; make assumptions testable.
Show why a direction won, what it cost and how user, business, regulatory and technical constraints shaped it.
Work from product strategy into flows, states, edge cases, prototypes, visual craft and accessible reusable components.
Use moderated and unmoderated testing to challenge comprehension, discoverability, terminology and interaction decisions.
Review technical implications with Engineering, phase scope deliberately and stay involved when details become real.
Agree success signals early, review performance in context and separate measured contribution from market movement.
Feedback from colleagues across Product, Engineering, Research and governance.
I’m interested in product design roles where discovery, craft, data and cross-functional delivery carry equal weight.
